Water cap structure:
Stainless steel water caps and filter caps consist of a water cap seat, a water cap cover, trapezoidal screen tubes with ribs, and a draft tube. The trapezoidal screen tube is provided with a through-flow valve cup upside down and fixed to the water cap seat at the center axis, and the lower port covers the portion of the draft tube that extends into the cap seat. The bottom of the flow-through valve cup, the wall and the drainage tube are contained. The upper tube wall is provided with a plurality of pores, and a flow valve element that can float up and down is arranged on the flow tube. By setting the flow rate of the trapezoidal sieve tube, the number of round holes, the pore size, and the gap distance, the water cap can satisfy various flow rate ratios of the back flushing and the filtered water flow rate under different process conditions.
